Lancaster Hotel Milan

I recently stayed at a hotel in Milan and had a great experience. The hotel was located in a quiet residential area, but still close to the city center. There were plenty of great cafes nearby where I could grab a quick bite to eat. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large TV and a minibar. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service and were very helpful with planning my outings in the city. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. I was very impressed with the hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

The only downside was that the shower in the bathroom was a bit leaky, which resulted in a wet floor.

As a tourist, I loved the variety of breakfast options at the hotel. The selection included not only sweet cakes and croissants but also fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as savory items which are not commonly found in Italy. The individual-made coffee, including cappuccinos with a heart design, was a delightful touch. Additionally, they even had my favorite grapefruit juice available. The comfortable bed made for a pleasant night's sleep. The staff was incredibly warm-hearted and helpful, providing excellent customer service. They offered great tips for city sightseeing, which enhanced my overall experience. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were convenient with the added bonus of a double sink.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Great location - about 35 minutes to Malpensa from the hotel and 10 minutes to the center of Milan. Good restaurants and parks nearby and overall a nice area to stay in. Good room service.

During our stay at the Lancaster Hotel, we were impressed with the really good customer service. The staff were really nice too ensure our needs were met and provided helpful suggestions for our itinerary. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and our room was comfortable with adequate amenities. The location was great, with easy access to public transportation and popular attractions. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend the Lancaster Hotel to others.

This hotel in the quiet Sempione district is in the perfect location. It's centrally located and situated on a calm street near Sempione Park. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities, including a balcony. The staff is warm and friendly, and the service is excellent. The air conditioning is a boon, especially during hot summers, and the open shower design is a nice touch. Additionally, the breakfast, which is included in the tariff, offers a delicious selection of regionally sourced products and tasty cakes.
